This website is a purely informational, static website. It does not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics services or contact forms, and it does not embed content from third-party servers. Beyond the hosting described below, no personal data is collected when you visit this website.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Netlify”). When you access this website, Netlify automatically processes technical information in server log files: the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of the request, the requested resource, browser type and operating system (user agent), and the referrer URL. This data is processed to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of this website). Log data is retained by Netlify for a limited period and then deleted; it is not merged with other data sources. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify. As Netlify is based in the USA, data is transferred to a third country; this transfer is safeguarded by Netlify’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) will be processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
