N1 is a new venture aiming to reinvent drug development through novel, tech-enabled clinical trial designs. We are driven by our mission to accelerate the clinical development of novel drugs and to facilitate patient access to urgently needed new treatments. Joining the N1 journey is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make a global impact in clinical drug development.

Your tasks

  • You take ownership of the management of the sales functions of N1
  • You manage the day-to-day activities and productivity of the inside sales team to ensure all quotas, performance targets, and management objectives are met
  • You provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients and develop action plans where necessary
  • You initiate activities to fulfill our strategic targets
  • You monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success

Your profile

  • At least 5+ years experience in a Business Development Leadership/Management role
  • Proven Business Development success within the CRO, Pharma or Healthcare sector
  • Masters degree in sales, marketing or equivalent discipline, or equivalent B2B work experience, is preferred
  • Passion for generating new business opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Ger / Eng)
