Fernarzt (www.fernarzt.com) is a telemedicine platform that connects patients to physicians and coordinates the purchase of medications prescribed. Thereby, Fernarzt enables patients to receive fast, safe and competent medical care for common diseases. Based in London and with offices in Berlin, the mission of the company is to provide a digital service to reduce times and facilitate access to healthcare. Fernarzt was founded in 2017 together with the Digital Health platform Heartbeat Labs.

YOUR ROLE

  • Strategy: Develop our overall Fernarzt strategy across all relevant marketing types (Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, CRM) and channels
  • Execution: Implement all relevant parts of our marketing strategy in an entrepreneurial and hands-on manner to take our marketing activities to the next level
  • Data: Analyze and solve complex business/marketing tasks, actively define and manage the relevant KPIs
  • Creativity: Identify new opportunities for our overall marketing strategy and be responsible for permanent tests and experiments to have continuous improvement of your KPIs
  • Team: Attract, develop and coach your team of marketing experts and be part of creating a data-driven company culture
  • Leadership: Be a role model for your team and use your expertise to have a real impact on our marketing, and beyond
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Fernarzt teams and Heartbeat Labs experts and foster the exchange of expertise

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing (online and offline) with a minimum of 2 years of extensive leadership and management experience. An experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to assess current and upcoming marketing opportunities and a creative and performance-driven mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in German and English) and hands-on mentality
  • You come with a great network and reputation and will fully leverage and expand this for the success of Fernatzt
