Join our unique team as Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d)  – and digitalize healthcare with us.


  • Create, optimize and track processes to ensure an efficient workflow at Fernarzt
  • Work closely with the Management, Marketing, Product, and Tech team and become the Go-To-Person regarding all process-related topics 
  • Manage - together with our Business Development team - diverse tasks and projects
  • Build and lead our new Customer Services Team 
  • Analyze the market, select new treatments and steer the product implementation process
  • Manage the different parties (doctors, pharmacies, etc.) involved in the treatment to create a unique patient experience


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer care, business development, marketing, operations, finance or a similar field
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, International Business, Supply Chain Management or Marketing
  • Thinking in structures and processes is your strength
  • Ready to handle multiple tasks at the same time, prioritize yourself and coordinate others
  • Very strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset in combination with a hands-on mentality
  • Outstanding communication skills (fluent in German and English)
